More reliable captions for multilingual videos

• Fixed captions for videos with multiple language tracks: semantic checks now use the original speech text.
• Clearer messages explain when captions could not be retrieved and the optional semantic check is unavailable.
• Difficult sections are handled conservatively: extra slots are not added just to increase the count.

The date marks completion of the update, not publication in an extension store.

The current version 2.19.1 is available to install.
