Updated placement and fresh captions

• Updated slot selection is now enabled by default; your frequency settings are preserved.
• Improved the optional semantic check with a connected AI service.
• Fixed retrieval of fresh captions. If the text is not ready, a later attempt may retrieve it.
• Improved continuation and confirmation of saved slots.
• Checking an already saved layout again avoids unnecessary changes.

The date marks completion of the update, not publication in an extension store.

The current version 2.19.1 is available to install.
